According to the documents in the PA courts, the lawsuit against
NERO® ended 120 days from October 23,
2006.

What Does NERO® International Holding Co., Inc. do?
NERO® International Holding Co., Inc. licenses the use of the NERO® LARP Game
System©, the NERO® LARP Trademark, the NERO® LARP Logo, the NERO® LARP name, and
the use of the NERO® LARP Tyrran Game World to others for commercial use.
NERO® International offers two types of Licenses;
The NERO Chapter Circular Offering and Lease Agreement grants permission to an
entity (individual, group, or business) to;
1) Operate a NERO® LARP Chapter with ‘NERO’ in the business name.
2) Use the registered Trademark, Logo, Name, etc. in good faith
3) Use the current edition of the NERO® Rule Book©
4) Participate in the NERO® Tyrran Game World.
5) Use of the NERO Marketing Advice, Tools, and Resources
6) Listing on the website
7) Unrestricted transference of characters
8) Unrestricted transference of game possessions (treasure, etc.)
9) And so much more….
The NERO® LARP Affiliate Circular Offering grants permission to an entity to
operate a LARP Business that is “based upon the NERO® Game System©”.
1) Operate a LARP business using NERO Intellectual Property.
2) Use any or parts of, the NERO® Game System©.
3) Use any or parts of, any edition of the NERO® Rule Book©
4) May use NERO® trademark, name and wording on website and marketing materials
in most ways other than calling itself a ‘NERO® Chapter’. i.e. “We are a NERO
LARP Affiliate!”, “Based on the NERO® Game System©, but Tweaked to be Unique!
5) Use of the NERO Marketing Advice, Tools, and Resources
6) Listing on the website
7) Does Not allow use of the ‘NERO’ Name for Business Name.
8) Does Not Allow Unrestricted transference of characters
9) Does Not allow Unrestricted transference of game possessions (treasure, etc.)
10) Does Not Allow Participation in the NERO® Tyrran Game World.
